Copper Bud Vase | Poppytalk

For a while I’ve tried a few things to decorate the dark hallway in my house. It really needs a skylight! But anyway, everything there looks wrong. There’s lots of wall space but it’s very hard to decorate. As soon as I saw this though, I knew that it would be a great way to spruce it up! Not to mention it’s made from my favourite ‘metal’, copper. And hopefully some blooms down there will lighten the place up a bit!

Lana uses iron-on tee shirt transfer paper to transform leather scraps into jewelry. If you read my blog I really like and use tee shirt transfer paper because I’ve had really good luck with it using it to design my own tee shirts, applying it to cheap canvas bags, etc… View high resolution

Once you’ve got your supplies, it’s really down to preparing your settings and gluing in the crystals. Plus ASA’s version is a lotcheaper than the original J Crew so you can make one for you and one for a friend (or two for you!) View high resolution
